Most of our backpacks and slings have built in charging ports.  We've added this detail to all product descriptions. 

Connect the USB charging cable (provided with the bag) to a battery pack (not supplied by MRC).  Connect your phone charger cable to the outside USB port and plug your phone for a charger. 

Ordering on markrydencanda.com is quick and easy.  When you find a product you like, add it to your cart and follow the prompts to check out.

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, American Express, MasterCard.  We also accept PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Your order will be shipped from our warehouse in Toronto. 

We also have a few fulfilment centres located in various countries around the world. 

We offer free standard shipping worldwide - if standard shipping is available to your country.  If you require expedited or express shipping, please contact us (extra expense applicable). 

We ship Monday to Friday from our warehouse in Toronto and we process orders within 1-2 business days. If you are ordering from within Canada, you can expect your order within 2-7 days.  If you are ordering from the USA you can expect your order within 4-9 days.  Orders outside of Canada / USA will arrive in about 6-14 days, depending on your location.

If you are ordering from within Canada, you will not have duty fees as the product is being shipped from our Toronto warehouse.  For orders from outside Canada, all applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs policies vary from country to country. Please consult your country’s customs office for an accurate estimate. All international packages are subject to possible customs delays.

If you are from Canada or USA, a tracking number will be sent to you when your product ships.
