Our Products
Most of our backpacks and slings have built in charging ports. We've added this detail to all product descriptions.
Connect the USB charging cable (provided with the bag) to a battery pack (not supplied by MRC). Connect your phone charger cable to the outside USB port and plug your phone for a charger.
Most of our products have a waterproof coating and water-repellent lining. Please check the product descriptions for exact details.

Ordering on markrydencanda.com is quick and easy. When you find a product you like, add it to your cart and follow the prompts to check out.
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, American Express, MasterCard. We also accept PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
You can cancel or change an order if it has not yet been dispatched. Contact us within 7 hours of your purchase time with your request.
Shipping
We have multiple fulfilment centres located worldwide.
Your order will ship from a fulfilment centre with available stock nearest the shipping location.
Canada & US orders will ship from our Canada warehouse, stock dependant.
We offer free standard shipping worldwide - if standard shipping is available to your country. If you require expedited or express shipping, please contact us (extra expense applicable).

USA & Canada- Tracked Shipping ( estimated 2 - 8 Business Days ) Stock Dependent. & ( estimated 7 - 15 Business Days ) if shipping from our overseas warehouse.

Shipping times listed above are based on averages that we have observed. Please note that each country has its own rules and regulations regarding the import of our parcels

If you are ordering from within Canada, you will not have duty fees as the product is being shipped from our Toronto warehouse (stock dependant). For orders from outside Canada, all applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs policies vary from country to country. Please consult your country’s customs office for an accurate estimate. All international packages are subject to possible customs delays.

Returns
If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase simple return your item within 30 DAYS from your order date and we will issue a refund. Please note that the return cost is the responsibility of the client and original shipping fees are non refundable.
