We dispatch orders Monday to Friday.

Orders will be shipped out within 12 - 48 hours after order confirmation email sent, these are our standard shipping times excluding weekends.
If you place an order on the weekend, we will begin fulfilling orders on the next business day.
After an order is shipped, an automated shipping confirmation e-mail is sent out to you with tracking information.
In the event that our Canadian warehouse has out of stock items we will automatically fulfil orders without notice from one of our other fulfilment centres located outside Canada. Please allow 4-18 days for delivery. Please note we use the fastest and most economical shipping method.

International Shipping times vary from 4-25 days depending on your location. Please allow 48-72hrs for updated tracking information.
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer/buyer. Mark Ryden Canada cannot be held responsible for customs procedures or if taxes of any kind are charged to you upon delivery of your purchase.
Customs policies vary from country to country. Please consult your country’s customs office for an accurate estimate. All international packages are subject to possible customs delays.
Customs can delay, refuse to process, or impose duties to international shipments at their discretion. Shipments can also unfortunately be returned to us or lost in transit with no reasons indicated.
If and when there are customs duties or taxes associated with the shipment and the customer does not clear or pay those fees and the item gets returned to Mark Ryden Canada, all applicable shipping charges for return shipping and original shipping costs will be deducted from the customers refund.
In the rare case when the customer does not clear the duties or taxes associated with their countries policies and the item gets disposed by customs officials the customer will also be responsible for all associated costs of the item and all associated shipping fees.
Please make sure you always follow the tracking number provided by Mark Ryden Canada which is sent to the email you provided to make the purchase.
If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase simple return your item within 30 DAYS from your delivery date and we will issue a refund.
Items sold and shipped by Mark Ryden Canada can be returned or replaced (if the item is in stock) by mail within 30 DAYS of when you receive them.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 7 DAYS after you received your item to request a return.
All items must be in NEW & UNUSED condition, in its original packaging and with every original tag still hanging in the correct location. Please note that each return is opened and thoroughly checked by our inbound team and any item deemed as unfit to be restocked will be quarantined. Mark Ryden Canada reserves the right to issue partial refunds in such cases. Absolutely no used or damaged goods will be accepted.
We do not accept returns on items without their tags still attached in the correct locations.
All returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase and shipped back to Mark Ryden Canada at the customers expense.
Mark Ryden Canada does not provide return shipping labels.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, which means, if you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund payment.

For Canada and USA Returns, please use Canada Post or USPS.
Please use a trackable shipping method when returning the product so you can follow it until it arrives. Without a trackable shipping method we do not guarantee the product will arrive.
We cannot replace or refund "MISSING OR STOLEN" items that have been marked as "DELIVERED"
All items purchased on SALE are not eligible for a refund (final sale).
If you entered an incorrect shipping address on the order form and the package gets returned, the original shipping costs and returning shipping costs will be deducted from your return payment.
If a delivery notice is left and you do not pick up your package at your local post office and the item gets returned to Mark Ryden Canada the shipping costs associated for the returned package and original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Once the item is received it will be thoroughly inspected and if it is deemed to be in new condition a refund will be authorized.
Please allow 7 days after the retuned package arrives for the refund to be issued to the same payment method used to buy the product.
It can take up to 3-10 business days to see the refund post back to your account as banking operations are not instantaneous in most cases.
Please note we are not liable for mistakes made when customers input shipping information at checkout.

In the event the order is returned to sender due to incorrect shipping information, we will reship the package at the customers expense.
In the event your order is shipped and marked as "delivered" to an incorrect address due to mistakes made at checkout, we cannot send a replacement order.
Address Changes and Cancellations can be done Monday - Friday within 6 hours from the purchase time. Note that we are unable to redirect packages once they have been dispatched.
All products are carefully packaged for shipment.
If you receive a damaged product, please take photos and contact us within 12 hours of receiving your package.
2 - 3 Digital photos of the damaged product are necessary for damage claims.
